I’m a video editor, which means I spend a lot of time in a chair. I’ve always tried to balance out the hours and hours of sitting by exercising and eating healthy when I can. The problem is, way too often, I just can’t. The hours are insane. The deadlines are nuts. There’s not a lot of time for working out, and plenty of opportunities to cheat with takeout when I’m working late.

How a 10-minute meal helps me lose weight
Anyone in my industry can tell you that instant ramen is your mealtime best frenemy – you love it, it’s fast, it’s easy, but it’s not healthy. If you give me Fruit by the Foot, I’ll eat a mile of it. But after a cup of immi, I’m fully satisfied. Not thinking about food at all, except maybe which flavor I’m going to have for my next meal.
Price-wise, it’s a bit more than regular instant ramen, but that’s not how I think of it. Regular instant ramen isn’t really food. It’s… well, a snack. Or something to eat when you’re in college and you can’t afford a real meal. A cup of immi, though, that is real food.
